These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Restore Shipping 900 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the User"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Description

Restore Shipping 900 provides international and local courier logistics, including:

  • Freight Forwarding: Shipping of goods via Air and Sea from international hubs to Jamaica.

  • Kingston Pickups: We facilitate the collection of packages from Kingston hubs.

  • Mandeville Collection: Packages are available for pickup at our Mandeville Town collection point.

  • Home Delivery: Personalized delivery directly to KnockPatrick District for a flat fee.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Documentation: You must provide accurate invoices for all packages. Failure to do so may result in Customs delays or reassessments.

  • Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packed securely by the seller.

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all Jamaican Customs Agency (JCA) regulations.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our rates are designed to be affordable and transparent. Fees are calculated as follows:

  • Payment: All fees must be settled upfront or upon collection/delivery.

  • Storage Fees: ⏳ Packages held beyond 15 days at our collection point will incur a storage fee of $120 JMD per day.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Timeframes: Packages are typically ready for collection/delivery 1–2 business days after the status is updated to "Ready for Pickup."

  • Operating Hours:

    • Monday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Sunday: Closed

  • Holiday/Weekend: Service is available as per the schedule above.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We do not ship items prohibited by the Jamaican Customs Gold List/Blocked List. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Indecent or obscene prints/materials.

  • Coin-operated gaming machines.

  • Compressed gases, explosives, or flammable liquids.

  • Illegal drugs and firearms/ammunition.

  • Note: Certain items (e.g., plants, meat) require special permits.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Standard Liability: Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the cost of the freight charges unless additional insurance is purchased.

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for fragile items not properly packed, or for "Internal Damage" to electronics where the external packaging remains intact.

  • Claims: Any claims for missing or damaged items must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Force Majeure

Restore Shipping 900 is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Weather conditions (hurricanes), Customs inspections, Airline delays, or Government actions.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • We aim for every interaction to be Pleasant. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at our provided numbers.

  • These terms are governed by the Laws of Jamaica. Any unresolved disputes shall be settled in the Parish Courts of Jamaica.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your safety. Your personal data (name, address, ID) is used solely for shipping, customs clearance, and communication. We do not sell your data to third parties.
